Microsoft Inspire is an annual event where Microsoft partners connect, empower, and celebrate as one community, gaining insights into what’s coming in the year ahead and learning effective new strategies to propel business forward. This year, the event took place digitally on July 18-19, 2023.

Bing Chat Enterprise: AI-powered chat for work with commercial data protection
Microsoft unveiled Bing Chat Enterprise, a version of its AI-powered chatbot with commercial data protection. This move is aimed at empowering organizations that have privacy concerns over generative AI with powerful AI tools with high data protection levels.
Bing Chat Enterprise gives your organization AI-powered chat for work with commercial data protection. With Bing Chat Enterprise, user and business data are protected and will not leak outside the organization. What goes in — and comes out — remains protected. Chat data is not saved, and Microsoft has no eyes-on access – which means no one can view your data. And, your data is not used to train the models.
Bing Chat Enterprise is rolling out in preview today and is included at no additional cost in Microsoft 365 E3, E5, Business Standard, and Business Premium.
Microsoft 365 Copilot: AI productivity software that works with your words
Microsoft also announced the pricing for Microsoft 365 Copilot, its AI productivity software that combines the power of large language models (LLMs) with your data in the Microsoft Graph and Microsoft 365 apps to usher in a whole new way of working, using just your own words.
Microsoft 365 Copilot will be priced at $30 per user, per month for Microsoft 365 E3, E5, Business Standard and Business Premium customers, when broadly available; we’ll share more on timing in the coming months.
Microsoft 365 Copilot is integrated into the apps you already use every day, freeing you to focus on the most important work and less on the busy work. Working alongside you, Microsoft 365 Copilot helps you to unleash creativity, unlock productivity, and uplevel skills.
Microsoft Sales Copilot: AI sales assistant that helps you close more deals
Microsoft also introduced Microsoft Sales Copilot —a role-based copilot for sales professionals to increase productivity and personalize every customer interaction so they can close more deals.
Microsoft Sales Copilot leverages LLMs and your data in Dynamics 365 Sales to help you generate personalized emails, proposals, quotes, and more. It also helps you prioritize your tasks, follow up on leads, and track your progress.
